1. Conifer tree by house/kitchen - reduce height by approximately 3m and trim overhanging branched tree very close to extension. 2. Spruce tree - remove branches - bottom rim - some are hanging low on hedge line and have little foliage, crown lift to some branches to 6m. 3. Maple tree crown lift to 5.2m above road. 4 and 5 Conifer trees - Trim back to old cuts.

Fell and stump ground out on Scots pine tree (T9) in order to facilitate construction of single storey rear extension as per approved planning permission PL/2021/01474/MINHFO. Note that SMBC Landscape Architect was a consultee to this planning application and reported no objection to the removal of this tree.
