Fell Norway maple (Crimson king) tree T1 to near ground level, outgrown location and causing damage to fence and neighbouring property patio.

Fell yew tree (T1). Tree is dying back from the tips and the ends of the branches are now dead with no give or flex. The trees canopy is sparse and needles are falling off. The die back looks to be historic and has been like this for a few years. The tree is progressively getting worse. The tree is a shared tree with a boundary fence nailed to both sides. It has also been TEMPO assessed and the score comes out at under the merit for protection. The tree is in the back garden and has very limited public visual amenity value. As the tree is under this score and declining in health, the clients are putting in a six weeks notification of their intention to remove the tree.

Tree No 1. Magnolia - medium pollard trunk located 32cm away from front porch, causing potential foundational damage to property. Work to be done: cut to ground and grind out stump. Tree No 2. Yew - located between our house and adjoining property No 13. Work to be done: reduce to level of house guttering and shape all round. Tree No 3. Beech hedging - located front of house at public pavement. Work to be done: reduce to 6-7ft height and trim all round. Works at rear of house. These trees are all covered by a large overhanging Sycamore tree from our neighbour's garden: Tree No 4. 2 beech trees - located at boundary fence near neighbour's large, oversized Sycamore tree. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No5. Holly - small tree located 4ft away from Beech trees - see 4 - Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 6. Holly - large tree located near garden shed. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 7. Sycamore tree located in neighbour's garden but branches dangerously overhanging into garden - approximately 30ft. To prevent risk of falling dead wood branches, and for safety reasons, the arborist noticed and recommended the removal these dead branches and cutting of a few limbs on the tree.

T1 - Fell and remove 30' high conifer tree, restricting shrubs and hanging into No.3 garden. T2 - Fell and remove 33' silver birch tree, self-set, distorted and very close to fence. T3 - Fell and remove 56' high conifer/leylandi tree, now too large, restricting light and restricting shrubs. T4 - Crown reduce 60' high silver birch tree by a maximum of 3m, to improve evening light. T5 - Fell and remove 36' high conifer/leylandi tree, restricting light and growth of ground plants.

1. Yellow dogwood tree, pruning 3m back to main trunk - Crown reduction by up to 3m. 2. Ash tree, pruning on thin branches on the top of the trunk, crown reduction by up to 3m. 3. Maple tree, pruning all over by 3-4 feet, crown reduction by up to 3m. 4. Conifer tree, tree dead, remove. 5. Pear tree, cut back main branches by 1-2 ft, 1-2 m crown reduction. 6. Holly bush tree - cut back to hedge height, 5-6m crown reduction. 7. Apple tree, minor pruning, thin out. 8. Conifer tree (next door's tree) remove overhanging branches (picture supplied) prune back to hedge, ie. prune north facing branches, overhanging fence line by up to 3m in branch length and to a maximum height of 2m above ground level.

T1 Large conifer tree - Reduce 40% (Rear left of garden). T2 Willow tree - Remove dead wood (Centre back garden). T3 Cherry tree- Remove dead wood. T4 Two laurel trees near wall - remove (Rear left of garden). T5 Goat willow tree - Pollard (Left side of back garden). T6 Oak trees - Trees overhanging pool cut back to hedge line (Left side of back garden). T7 Laurel and conifer trees - Cut back one metre (Back right side of back garden). T8 Hazel tree - 3 metre clearance from property (Front garden left side of property). T9 Hawthorn tree - Fell (Front garden tree is nearly dead). T10 smaller pine tree - Fell (Left side of front garden. End tree is dead). T11, T12 and T13 - Three pine trees reduce by 3m. (Front garden left side). T14 hawthorn tree - 30% crown reduction (Front garden centre of lawn). T15 Road side trees - Trim back to fence line and remove broken trees (Roadside near bus stop).

Cut back overhanging branches of 1 No. ash tree by 2-3 metres back to fence line and pollard 3 No. limbs by 3-4 metres on 1 No. willow tree.

Reduce height of 8 No. conifer trees at the bottom of garden to 15ft (4.5m) and cut back the overhanging branches, back in line with the fence panels.

Fell and grind roots of silver birch trees T1 & T2, reduce height to no more than 40% of western red cedar trees T3 & T4 and fell to fence height holly tree T5.

1 - 2 No. maple tree, repollard to previous condition. 2 - 1 No. laurel tree, cut back to fence line so not overhanging neighbours property. 3 - 1 No. cotoneaster large bush, fell to ground level. 4 - 1 No. ash tree, cut back 2 lower branches overhanging garden by 15ft (approximately 4.5m). 5 - 1 No. ash tree, cut back one branch overhanging lawn by about 20ft (approximately 6m). 6 - 4 No. poplar trees, repollard to previous height removing up to 20ft (approximately 6m). 7 - 12 No. conifer/hawthorn trees, 1 No. conifer tree and 1 No yew tree, reduce height to up to 12ft (approximately 3.7m). 8 - 1 No. holly tree, cut back from house by 5ft (approximately 1.5m) back to footpath. 9 - berberis hedge, reduce height to 8ft (approximately 2.4m).
