Fell and remove 2 No. conifer trees close to house that are blocking light and growing horizontally across patio.

Fell 1 No. silver birch tree, due to proximity to house.

Crown raise and cut back cedar tree from house to reduce weight on ends of branches - Remove broken branch resting on lower limb.

Tree 1 'A' - 2 leylandii trees closest one to property is under 2 metres from house and the other one right next to it, the first tree to be felled as following work on the house the scaffolding partly broke some branches due to the closeness of it next to the house and following the removal of these and any dead branches, and to allow for the tree next to it space. It has been discussed and in agreement with neighbours in whose garden the trees are (75 Kineton Green Road) to fell that tree (as noted by neighbours who have felled similar trees these are of low amenity value) and then to reduce and maintain the height of the second tree again to the eaves/height of the house and trim back branches to 2 metres from the property as in high winds the branches sway and bang the guttering and roof which has recently been replaced. In addition, reducing the height would also allow sunlight into the garden as currently it is blocked due to the height of the tree. Trees 2 'B'- 4-5 large trees in the rear that is the boundary with 73 Kineton Green Road, to reduce and maintain the height from 50ft by 30% and shorten the branches by 1.5m again they block light into the house. This is also in line with neighbour No 3 Raddington Drive requesting the same as (PL/2022/02623/TCA) as the same boundary is with Kineton Green Road.

Reduce branch on 1 No. copper beech tree (1) by 2m, away from roof of house and television aerial. Reduce by 2m to old cuts 4 No. conifer trees (2, 3, 4 & 5) to reduce shade in rear garden.

Tree No 1. Magnolia - medium pollard trunk located 32cm away from front porch, causing potential foundational damage to property. Work to be done: cut to ground and grind out stump. Tree No 2. Yew - located between our house and adjoining property No 13. Work to be done: reduce to level of house guttering and shape all round. Tree No 3. Beech hedging - located front of house at public pavement. Work to be done: reduce to 6-7ft height and trim all round. Works at rear of house. These trees are all covered by a large overhanging Sycamore tree from our neighbour's garden: Tree No 4. 2 beech trees - located at boundary fence near neighbour's large, oversized Sycamore tree. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No5. Holly - small tree located 4ft away from Beech trees - see 4 - Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 6. Holly - large tree located near garden shed. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 7. Sycamore tree located in neighbour's garden but branches dangerously overhanging into garden - approximately 30ft. To prevent risk of falling dead wood branches, and for safety reasons, the arborist noticed and recommended the removal these dead branches and cutting of a few limbs on the tree.

Remove lower limb and dead wood on oak tree (T2). Fell beech tree (T9). Remove decayed limb and dead wood Norway maple tree (T10). Fell alder tree (T14). Remove right stem of alder tree leaning over house (T12). Repollard back to previous pruning points sycamore tree (T16). Dead wood oak tree (T25 & T26). Lift canopy of trees so 2.5m off the ground (T27 & T28).

Reduce 1 ash tree (Tree 1) by approximately 3-4 metres and reshape. The tree is growing too large for the garden and blocking considerable light into the garden and neighbouring gardens and inside the house.

1. Conifer tree by house/kitchen - reduce height by approximately 3m and trim overhanging branched tree very close to extension. 2. Spruce tree - remove branches - bottom rim - some are hanging low on hedge line and have little foliage, crown lift to some branches to 6m. 3. Maple tree crown lift to 5.2m above road. 4 and 5 Conifer trees - Trim back to old cuts.

Fell and remove cigar tree (Tree 1) due to proximity to house and damage to garden wall.
