Crown thin, mainly on the one side, to reduce back level with front railings to stimulate growth on 1 No. ancient yew tree. Crown thin, but only very small branches growing off larger branches and weighing them down on 2 No. magnolia trees. Trim back 1 No. wisteria tree that is growing up house and into gutters and roofing.

30% crown reduction plus pruning/thinning, crown lift of lowest 4 limbs on 1 No. silver birch tree closest to house. 10% crown reduction and thinning of 1 No. silver birch tree at bottom of garden. Remove fallen fruit tree and small shrub.

1 - Remove fir tree in front garden leaning over neighbour's driveway. 2 - Remove wild plum tree in rear garden that grows over neighbour's house.

Front - Ivy clad stump to fell & adjacent ash tree sapling to fell & poison; cherry tree 5 to raise canopy to approximately 3m. Rear - Cut back cherry tree to give approximately 1-1.5m clearance to house; ash tree 17 to raise canopy to approximately 3.5m & Norway maple tree sapling to fell & poison.

Holly hedges (T1-T6) reduce in height by 3-4 metres to previous pruning points and cut back side/lateral growth by 1-2 metres; fell holly tree between the house and the garage, and could replant new tree; cut back lateral growth of fir tree close to house to give a 3m clearance gap to the property, all in rear garden.

T1 to the left of the garden, dwarf conifer to be removed as its to big. T2 conifer to the rear left to be reduced be 30-40% were it was done previously. T3 conifer at the rear right to be reduced by 30% were done previously. Trees need to be done for general maintance so the trees are safe. T1 needs to be removed as it is to close to the house and they can the replant a more suitable tree.

Reduce height of 1 No. holly tree by 4m and trim central (right sided) branches by 2-3ft (0.6-0.9m). Fell 1 No. pear tree and 1 No. conifer tree close to house. Fell first sycamore tree close to house. Reduce height of 3 No. sycamore trees by 4m and trim central (right sided) branches by 2m. Cut lower branches of 1 No. spruce tree up to 4m from the ground to free sitting area and trim central (left sided) branches by 1m. Reduce height of 1 No. rowan tree by 3m and trim central (left sided) branches by 1m.

T1. Eucalyptus tree, Fell. Has been poorly pruned in past non-native tree, removal would open up garden and improve light to rear of house.

1 - 2 No. maple tree, repollard to previous condition. 2 - 1 No. laurel tree, cut back to fence line so not overhanging neighbours property. 3 - 1 No. cotoneaster large bush, fell to ground level. 4 - 1 No. ash tree, cut back 2 lower branches overhanging garden by 15ft (approximately 4.5m). 5 - 1 No. ash tree, cut back one branch overhanging lawn by about 20ft (approximately 6m). 6 - 4 No. poplar trees, repollard to previous height removing up to 20ft (approximately 6m). 7 - 12 No. conifer/hawthorn trees, 1 No. conifer tree and 1 No yew tree, reduce height to up to 12ft (approximately 3.7m). 8 - 1 No. holly tree, cut back from house by 5ft (approximately 1.5m) back to footpath. 9 - berberis hedge, reduce height to 8ft (approximately 2.4m).

1 Liquid Amber (Sweet Gum) situated 10m to the rear of the house - Pollard down to 12ft high (3.65m). 2 Conifer situated 5m to the front of the house - Reduce to 15m in height.
