EIA screening opinion for the development of a renewable energy development to be known as Holly Lane Energy Park. The development will occupy approximately 50ha of land split across two separate land parcels to the south and southeast of Balsall Common, Solihull, including a larger western parcel for the solar farm and a smaller eastern parcel for the battery energy storage system and substation. The Development will connect into the existing 132kV overhead powerline which crosses the eastern parcel of the Site. The two areas would be linked by an underground cable that would generally follow the shortest route in the public highway.

Environmental Impact Assessment Screening Opinion for the demolition of existing buildings and structures and outline planning permission with all matters reserved, except for access, for the development of the site for up to 270 residential dwellings (use class C3) and associated infrastructure, landscaping, new public realm and open space.

Prior notification for change of use of the building (Unit 9) and the identified land within its curtilage from an agricultural use to a flexible commercial use falling within the following use classes - (a) Class B8 (storage or distribution) of Schedule 1; (b) Class C1 (hotels) of Schedule 1 or (c) Class E (commercial, business or service) of Schedule 2.
