Amendments to planning permission dated 18.05.2022 (PL/2019/02546/PPOL) for: outline application for residential development of up to 109 units with associated access and public open space (landscaping, appearance, layout and scale reserved for future determination). Namely: Remove conditions 8 and 9.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 08/06/2021 reference PL/2021/00784/MINFHO for : Single and two storey rear, side and front extensions, new entrance gates.. Namely : To align built form, minor amendments to rear elevation and change sliding gate to hinged gates.

Remove condition Nos. 21 (private rental only) and 22 (management company details) on planning approval PL/2021/03246/PPFL for the demolition of 64-66 Station Road and redevelopment to provide gateway building with commercial space at ground floor level and up to 50 apartments with shared facilities and roof garden.

Removal of Condition 3 of planning permission dated 27th March 2015 (PL/2014/00490/FULM) for the change of use from minerals extraction land to waste management, to allow for expanded waste wood treatment operation and associated operational development at Meriden quarry recycling facility. Namely: to remove the limitation imposed in Condition No. 3 on planning permission PL/2014/00490/FULM which requires the use permitted to be discontinued, and the associated operational development (i.e. buildings, bunds and hard surfacing) removed, and the land restored to its former condition, on or before 31st March 2025.

Removal of Condition 3 of planning permission dated 21st May 2021 (PL/2021/00918/PPFL) for the change of use of land to concrete surfaced parking and storage area associated with A & A Recycling Ltd located on an area of land within the grounds of Meriden Quarry complex in what is the former Meriden Quarry Area C. Namely: To remove the limitation imposed in Condition No. 3 on planning permission PL/2021/00918/PPFL that the use permitted shall be discontinued, and all hard surfacing and associated infrastructure shall be removed, and the land restored to its former condition on or before 31.03.2025.

Amendments to planning permission dated 01.08.2019 (PL/2019/01559/PPFL) for replacement of existing dwelling and ancillary works, as amended by planning permission dated 10.11.2020 (PL/2020/02240/VAR) for amendments to (a) size/proportions of windows to the front elevation, (b) alteration of roof design, (c) alteration to chimneys stack and removal of one chimney, (d) reduction of stone from front elevation, (e) revision to position of gym and utility, (f) minor extension of lounge at single storey level only and (g) 1.8m high obscure glass balustrade to terrace over lounge. Namely, addition of a single storey outbuilding positioned to the rear of the new property.

Variation to approval PL/2021/02504/PPFL comprising changes to roof and fenestration and new porch.
