Variation of condition No.1 of planning permission dated 24/03/2023 reference PL/2021/02988/MINFHO for Ground floor and two storey extensions to existing dwelling, demolition of existing triple garage and erection of new detached swimming pool enclosure to allow for amendments to fenestration and amend the single storey extension from pitched roof to flat roof.

Vary condition No. 1- Approved plans on planning application Number PL/2022/00438/PPFL- Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 2 new dwellings with associated works approved on 26/4/2022. Namely, revised design to incorporate additional floor area within the roof space, together with the insertion of rooflight and amendment to approved window positions on the south elevation.

Variation of condition No. 1 on planning approval PL/2021/02930/PPFL. To amend drawing numbers to allow for an additional ground floor window to the rear of the property, internal reconfiguration and conversion of roof area over kitchen to bedroom with Velux windows facing Four Ashes Road.

Variation of Condition 2 (drawing numbers) on planning approval PL/2020/01198/PPFL. Namely: To amend the front entrance and add a window on the side elevation to bedroom 5.

Variation of Condition 2 (drawing numbers) and Condition 9 (obscure glazing) on planning approval PL/2019/02380/MINFHO. Namely: To amend the design of the rear elevation of the approved new dwelling and relocate the bathroom window from the side to the front elevation.

Amendments to planning permission dated 01.08.2019 (PL/2019/01559/PPFL) for: replacement of existing dwelling and ancillary works. Namely: Non-material amendment to (a) size / proportions of windows to the front elevation, (b) alteration of roof design, (c) alteration to chimneys stack and removal of one chimney, (d) reduction of stone from front elevation, (e) revision to position of gym and utility, (f) minor extension of lounge at single storey level only and (g) 1.8m high obscure glass balustrade to terrace over lounge.
