Amendments to planning permission dated 18.05.2022 (PL/2019/02546/PPOL) for: outline application for residential development of up to 109 units with associated access and public open space (landscaping, appearance, layout and scale reserved for future determination). Namely: Remove conditions 8 and 9.

Removal of Condition 3 of planning permission dated 27th March 2015 (PL/2014/00490/FULM) for the change of use from minerals extraction land to waste management, to allow for expanded waste wood treatment operation and associated operational development at Meriden quarry recycling facility. Namely: to remove the limitation imposed in Condition No. 3 on planning permission PL/2014/00490/FULM which requires the use permitted to be discontinued, and the associated operational development (i.e. buildings, bunds and hard surfacing) removed, and the land restored to its former condition, on or before 31st March 2025.

Remove condition Nos. 14 (Illumination detail), 15 (Service yard operation management) and 16 (B2 occupier detail) on planning approval 2000/2237 (PL/2000/00444/FULL) for B1, B2 and B8 office development with access road including service court, carparking, landscaping and security fencing gates at land off Starley Way.

Variation of condition 3 of planning permission dated 27th January 2014 (PL/2013/00070/FULM) for the construction of a concrete pad and associated operational development and change of use of land to carry out wood chipping operations. Namely: to allow the wood chipping operation hereby approved shall run concurrently with the mineral extraction and landfill operations at Berkswell Quarry or to 31st December 2031, whichever is the later.

Variation of Condition 1 (drawing numbers) on planning approval PL/2019/02766/PPFL for the erection of up to 48 No. one bedroomed apartments in two storey extension above existing retail parade and maisonettes, alterations to ground floor unit to create new residential entrance to development, cycle store and associated works. Namely: to reconfigure the internal arrangement to allow both PL/2019/02766/PPFL and PL/2021/03246/PPFL to be implemented.

Remove condition No. 4 following planning approval PL/2022/00877/PPRM dated 03.11.2022 for Reserved matters consent sought for the development of 109 dwellings within the outline site required by condition No. 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, appearance and landscaping pursuant to planning permission reference PL/2021/03201/PPOL. Namely: Remove condition 4 and allow render to Whitebeam house type.

Remove condition No. 7 (permitted development rights) following planning approval PL/1984/00773/OL.

Vary condition No 9 - Remove PD rights class A - E to allow class E development only and vary Condition No 10 - to include demolition of existing dwelling only on planning approval PL/2020/02755/PPFL dated 12/2/21 - Resubmission of planning application PL/2020/01318/PPFL - Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of replacement self-build dwelling approved on 15/10/2020 with the main difference being the addition of a basement and change in finished levels.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission PL/2019/00710/PPFL dated 05.06.2019 for the development of a 68 unit extra care accommodation building (Use Class C2), with formation of new vehicular and pedestrian access, removal of trees, landscaping and formation of a swale. Namely: Internal changes to replace apartments with additional communal facilities, resulting in reduction to 67 apartments. Addition of roof terrace on third floor and associated elevation changes, alteration to buggy store and addition of gym/yoga studio.

Discharge of Condition 4 - Construction Method Statement relating to Application Number PL/2018/02654/PPFL Condition Number(s): Condition 4 No development shall take place until a Construction Method Statement has been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The approved statement shall be adhered to throughout the construction period. The Statement shall provide for: (a) The parking of vehicles of site operatives and visitors; (b) Loading and unloading of plant and materials; (c) Storage of plant and materials used in constructing the development; (d) Wheel washing facilities; and (e) Permitted hours of work.
