Variation of condition No.1 of planning permission dated 24/03/2023 reference PL/2021/02988/MINFHO for Ground floor and two storey extensions to existing dwelling, demolition of existing triple garage and erection of new detached swimming pool enclosure to allow for amendments to fenestration and amend the single storey extension from pitched roof to flat roof.

Variation of Conditions 12 and 13 attached to planning approval PL/2017/01268/VAR for the erection of a mixed-use leisure/entertainment complex casino (sui generis), factory outlet centre (class A1), hotel (class C1), spa (class D2), cinema (class D2), conference and banqueting centre (class D1), food and drink uses (class A3/A4/A5), car parking and servicing, plant and associated public realm and landscape works; NAMELY: to allow an additional 925 sqm of unrestricted retail floor space.

Variation of condition No.1 of planning permission dated 22/03/2019 reference PL/2018/03516/PPFL for the erection of detached garage and front bedroom extension and internal alterations to increase the shape of the garage including increasing the footprint with the addition of a first floor for a store.

Amendments to planning permission dated 26.11.2021 (PL/2021/01867/PPFL) for demolition of existing dwelling and associated buildings and erection of 2 detached dwellings. Namely, amendment to on-site road layout, parking and landscaping.

Variation of Condition 1 (drawing numbers) on planning approval PL/2019/02766/PPFL for the erection of up to 48 No. one bedroomed apartments in two storey extension above existing retail parade and maisonettes, alterations to ground floor unit to create new residential entrance to development, cycle store and associated works. Namely: to reconfigure the internal arrangement to allow both PL/2019/02766/PPFL and PL/2021/03246/PPFL to be implemented.

Variation of Condition 1 and removal of condition 5 on approval PL/2020/01379/PPFL dated 08.10.2021 for full planning permission for the demolition of existing building and erection of 48 No. retirement living apartments for older people (Sixty years of age and/or partner over fifty-five years of age), guest apartment, communal facilities, access, car parking, and landscaping. Namely: Revise site access to utilise existing site access on western boundary and alter layout of car parking and buggy store. Remove condition 5 as dropped kerbs no longer required.

Vary condition No. 2- Approved plans on planning approval PL/2021/03253/PPFL - Erection of a drive-thru coffee shop, installation of 32 bay EV forecourt and 150 parking bays with AC charging to each position, with associated infrastructure. Namely, to provide a minor change to the layout of the proposal, including repositioning of access and amendment to design of forecourt canopy.

Minor material amendment to planning permission dated 13.12.2021 (PL/2021/02228/PPFL) for erection of building for industrial use (Class E(g)(iii) and Class B2) and storage & distribution use (Class B8), and alterations to existing car park area. Namely: Amendment to design and layout as detailed in Condition 2 (Approved Plans), and removal of Conditions 3 (Materials), 8 (Construction Management Plan), and 10 Parts 1 & 2 (Contamination).

Vary condition No. 1- Approved plans on planning application Number PL/2022/00438/PPFL- Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 2 new dwellings with associated works approved on 26/4/2022. Namely, revised design to incorporate additional floor area within the roof space, together with the insertion of rooflight and amendment to approved window positions on the south elevation.

Remove condition Nos. 3-Highways and 4- Contaminated Land on planning approval PL/2021/01008/PPFL-Works to facilitate occupation of unit by The Norton Motorcycle Co. Limited including elevational alterations, comprising creation of new entrance and canopy on north-western elevation, enlargement of existing door on southern elevation; and external works, comprising the closure of access from Highlands Road and formation of a principal access from the east (via Monkspath Business Park), installation of security cabin and associated security gates, alterations to car parking to include new car parking (including electric car charging), motorcycle parking and cycle parking spaces, formation of an enclosed service yard with associated plant, site perimeter road used as exit road, erection of site hoarding, alongside landscaping and other associated works.
