Variation of Conditions 12 and 13 attached to planning approval PL/2017/01268/VAR for the erection of a mixed-use leisure/entertainment complex casino (sui generis), factory outlet centre (class A1), hotel (class C1), spa (class D2), cinema (class D2), conference and banqueting centre (class D1), food and drink uses (class A3/A4/A5), car parking and servicing, plant and associated public realm and landscape works; NAMELY: to allow an additional 925 sqm of unrestricted retail floor space.

Amendments to planning permission dated 26.11.2021 (PL/2021/01867/PPFL) for demolition of existing dwelling and associated buildings and erection of 2 detached dwellings. Namely, amendment to on-site road layout, parking and landscaping.

Variation of Condition 1 and removal of condition 5 on approval PL/2020/01379/PPFL dated 08.10.2021 for full planning permission for the demolition of existing building and erection of 48 No. retirement living apartments for older people (Sixty years of age and/or partner over fifty-five years of age), guest apartment, communal facilities, access, car parking, and landscaping. Namely: Revise site access to utilise existing site access on western boundary and alter layout of car parking and buggy store. Remove condition 5 as dropped kerbs no longer required.

Remove condition Nos. 3-Highways and 4- Contaminated Land on planning approval PL/2021/01008/PPFL-Works to facilitate occupation of unit by The Norton Motorcycle Co. Limited including elevational alterations, comprising creation of new entrance and canopy on north-western elevation, enlargement of existing door on southern elevation; and external works, comprising the closure of access from Highlands Road and formation of a principal access from the east (via Monkspath Business Park), installation of security cabin and associated security gates, alterations to car parking to include new car parking (including electric car charging), motorcycle parking and cycle parking spaces, formation of an enclosed service yard with associated plant, site perimeter road used as exit road, erection of site hoarding, alongside landscaping and other associated works.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 24th July 2020 (PL/2020/00411/PPFL) for demolition of the existing car sales showroom and associated buildings and the erection of nine terraced residential dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. Namely: Amend plots 4, 5, 8 and 9 into three bedroom dwellings and incorporate both vehicular and pedestrian entrance gates into the site.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 14th December 2018 (PL/2018/00989/PPFL) for the erection of 43 dwellings including 26 market dwellings and 17 affordable units with associated access and landscaping. Namely: for minor material changes to windows details including removal, internal floor plans, door canopies, door position, bin store, visitor parking, landscaping, driveways and POS footpath detail (See DSP letter dated 18th February 2021 for full details).

Vary condition 2 - Plan numbers, on approved application PL/2019/01837/PPRM - Approval of reserved matters: Access: new access off Grove Lane; Appearance: style and design, off-white insulated render with window surround details, plain clay tiles as per surround properties, landscaping: new planting to front driveway; Layout: Footprint of buildings relocated due to drainage easement; and Scale: size and massing of dwelling in accordance with plot size and surrounds properties following outline planning application PL/2017/02190/PPOL- Application for outline planning for erection of single dwelling including access. Appearance, landscaping, layout and scale are all reserved matters. Allowed on appeal. Namely- Changes to elevation detail and roof design.

Removal of part (iv) condition 5 (Drainage) of planning permission dated 24th July 2020 (PL/2020/00411/PPFL) for the demolition of the existing car sales showroom and associated buildings and the erection of nine terraced residential dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. Namely: Remove part (iv) - model and calculations demonstrating that the proposed system will manage flows to greenfield rates in all storms up to a 1 in 100 year storm with an appropriate allowance for climate change from drainage condition.

Variation of condition 13 of planning permission PL/2019/01394/PPFL dated 27th September 2019 for erection of 34 No. two bedroom extra care apartments (Use Class C2) and associated works, including car parking, access, landscaping and associated engineering works. Namely: Amendment to drainage strategy.

Variation of Condition 1 of Planning Permission PL/2018/00559/PPFL dated 18.06.2018 for demolition of existing building and erection of 32 Apartments (11 No. one bedroom & 21 No. two bedroom), car parking, landscaping and ancillary works. Namely: Amend site plans to provide block paving finish as indicated on drawing No. 1055/05D.
