Variation of Condition 1 (drawing numbers) on planning approval PL/2019/02766/PPFL for the erection of up to 48 No. one bedroomed apartments in two storey extension above existing retail parade and maisonettes, alterations to ground floor unit to create new residential entrance to development, cycle store and associated works.
