Variation of Condition 1 on planning approval PL/2020/02273/PPFL dated 30.11.2020 for full planning permission for elevational alterations to windows and door openings and formation of balconies at Sapphire House, Streetsbrook Road, Solihull, pursuant to prior notification approval PL/2020/02070/PNCURE for change of use from offices (Class B1a) to 83 residential units. Namely, addition of windows on side elevation of Block A, third level.
