Submission under Schedule 17(6) of the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Act 2017 for Non-Material Amendment to Schedule 17 consent ref no. PL/2021/02429/HS2DIS for alteration to approved lorry route due to changes to the local highway alignment. Amended lorry routes for approval comprise the following: Access and egress due to realigned A452 Chester Road - Interim route during construction of Interchange Station highway realignment: Inbound Route - Heading north on the A452 exit on the A452 slip and at the roundabout utilising the Traffic Management (TM) exit the A452 roundabout into the site. Outbound Route - Join the roundabout and take the 1st exit heading north to the next roundabout, at this roundabout take the 4th exit heading south on the A452, at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A452 heading south to re-join the Strategic Road Network (SRN). Access and Egress due to realigned A452 Chester Road - Route following completion of Interchange Station highway realignment: Inbound Route - Heading North on the A452 at the roundabout utilising the TM exit at the A452 roundabout into the site. Outbound Route - Heading South on A452 egress site onto to the A452 roundabout and take the 3rd exit to follow the A452 South.

Non-material amendment for planning permission PL/2022/02106/PPFL dated 9th December 2022 for minor re-siting of the proposed building, alteration to the location at which the link bridge from the new building connects to the existing hospital complex, replacement of the second floor plant room with plant pods and associated screening, amendment in number, size and location to door and window openings on all elevations.

Amendments to planning permission dated 11/02/2022 reference PL/2021/03260/MINFHO for: First floor side extension and garage conversion including amendments to fenestration, external & internal alterations to existing dwelling & associated landscaping. Namely to change to front elevation to align approval to include hallway extension and amendments to cladding location.

Non-material amendment for Plot 01 entrance hall and all first floor windows to be redesigned, roof alteration and change to external materials (PL/2022/01375/PNCUDW)

Amendments to planning permission dated 12.07.2023 (PL/2023/01075/MINFHO) for two storey side extension and front porch alteration. Namely: Amend and regularise roof design.

Non-material amendment for alterations from windows to French doors following planning approval PL/2020/00197/PPFL.

Non-material amendments including five key changes: Minor internal arrangement alterations, external feature fretwork amended to a folded cladding feature in white; back of house service yard fencing amended from natural colour to black; external valet bay roof form altered from a parapet to a mono-pitch and area of external tiles for a display vehicle has been extended (No changes to car parking arrangement) following planning approval PL/2022/01428/PPFL.

Amendments to planning permission dated 16/11/2022 reference PL/2022/01735/MINFHO for: Single storey front/side extension and first floor side extension. Namely to reduce the size of entrance area in the ground floor front elevation with associated minor alteration to roof detail above.

Amendments to planning permission dated 10.03.2022 (PL/2021/01418/PPFL) for: Expansion of the existing 1FE primary school to form a new 2FE school for 420 pupils ranging from Reception to Year 6. In addition to the 420 pupil intake, there will be 30 pre-school and 60 nursery children attending the school as a result of the proposal. The existing school site area will increase to 19,828m2 from 16,305m2. The proposal will consist of an additional 5 new class bases for year 1 to year 6. An additional reception class base and extended nursery provision together with internal alterations, additional on staff site parking provision an external enclosed MUGA and minor reconfiguration of the external play space for the KS1 play areas and access paths. The proposal will also seek permission for a temporary access route to be established via Creynolds Lane from the east of the site via the existing adjacent field next to the school sports field.
