Removal of existing conservatory with new single storey extensions to rear. Namely : For 1 No window removed from bedroom gable wall (Clear Glazed, 1.125m FFL - cill, 3.0m FFL - head), 1 No. window to landing gable wall repositioned, and height adjusted from 1.125m FFL - cill and 3.0m FFL - head to 1.875m FFL - cill and 3.225m FFL - head, window remains clear glazed as approved and is still situated behind first floor sitting room roof and is not visible from the side boundary.

Amendments to planning permission dated 20/05/2022 reference PL/2022/00440/MINFHO for: Two storey side and front extensions, first floor front extension and single storey rear extension.
