In line with TPO and conditions of planning inspector (Appeal reference APP/Q4625/W/20/3247933) undertake minor pruning of the oak tree. The canopy is currently oversailing the roof of the proposed garage which is under construction. While crown raising, and pruning has taken place by the construction company in 2004, concerned that the canopy could damage the roof of the garage if left as it currently is. Removal of the existing single storey rear and side extensions. Two storey and single storey rear extension. Reduction of width of garage. Two storey front extension including new bay window element and gable feature at ground and first floor level. Construction of new roof including increase in overall height, with loft conversion and bays to front elevation with gallows brackets. Front and rear dormers. Rear first floor balcony. Remodelling of house with new fenestration and inclusion of Edwardian design features.
