Amendments to planning permission dated 28/02/2022 reference PL/2021/02489/MINFHO for: Alterations and extension to roof (Hip to gable extension with front and rear dormers to form additional bedroom and bathroom), single storey rear extension (new bedroom with en suite, enlarge kitchen and lounge) and convert garage into utility room. Namely: To increase the width and depth of the rear dormer to form a 2nd rear gable.

Remodelling to the front to include two storey front extension, single storey side extension, front garage extension, loft conversion to the dwelling to include front gable, front and rear dormers and increase in ridge height and extension and remodelling of garage to include conversion of roof space above including increase in ridge height (Resubmission of PL/2021/01396/MINFHO).

In line with TPO and conditions of planning inspector (Appeal reference APP/Q4625/W/20/3247933) undertake minor pruning of the oak tree. The canopy is currently oversailing the roof of the proposed garage which is under construction. While crown raising, and pruning has taken place by the construction company in 2004, concerned that the canopy could damage the roof of the garage if left as it currently is.
