Namely: To reduce the size of the ground floor front bay window and change roof from hip to gable on one side to include enlarging the rear dormer window, and addition of 2 No. chimneys.

Amendments to planning permission dated 28/02/2022 reference PL/2021/02489/MINFHO for: Alterations and extension to roof (Hip to gable extension with front and rear dormers to form additional bedroom and bathroom), single storey rear extension (new bedroom with en suite, enlarge kitchen and lounge) and convert garage into utility room. Namely: To increase the width and depth of the rear dormer to form a 2nd rear gable.

Amendments to planning permission dated 02/11/2021 reference PL/2021/01756/MINFHO for a rear extension together with forward extension and porch and roof alterations. Namely: To change the front lounge window from 2 No. windows to 1 No. window, amend the materials of the single storey rear extension and amend size and location of the 2 No. rear dormer windows.

Amendments to existing approved application PL/2021/00163/MINFHO: Addition of a 31m3 dormer to the rear, addition of roof lights to the front roof, two rear windows on the first floor changed for full-height windows, increase in size of the rear kitchen extension. Original approved dimension was 3.72m, and the built kitchen measures 4.1m, due to a foundations issue. Changes in the size of south elevation ground floor windows in order to comply with the conditions set in the original approved application. Chimney stack which was originally removed until roof level has now been completely removed above roof level. A bathroom window has been blocked up on the first floor north elevation. House has been completely rendered in order to hide the mismatching bricks all around the house.
