Amendments to planning permission dated 27/01/2021 reference PL/2020/02735/MINFHO for: First floor rear extension and loft conversion. Namely: To amend the side dormer to simplify construction.

Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission PL/2018/02731/MAJFOT dated 28th March 2019 for a hybrid planning application for the demolition of the existing buildings; an outline planning application for up to No. 330 (C3) residential dwellings and for up to 100,000 square feet (GIA) of car dealerships including MOT facilities (Sui generis) with all matters reserved apart from access and scale; and a full planning application for No. 242 (C3) residential dwellings and a full planning application for a single car dealership including MOT facilities (Sui generis) including a new vehicular access from Dog Kennel Lane, a new vehicular access from the existing A34 Cranmore Boulevard roundabout, tree removal works, landscaping, infrastructure upgrades and drainage works. Namely: Amend HT06 House type on plot 110-112 and 124-134, replacing them with 3x Souter, 4x Leicester, 4x Bickleigh and 1x Lumley with garage.

Amendments to planning permission dated 23.04.2015 (PL/2015/50172/PPFL) for: Alterations to the external appearance of Howard House, Hampton in Arden and erection of single storey extensions, balconies, bin and cycle stores. Namely: Non-material amendment to reposition bin store and cycle store to form 4 new parking spaces.

Non-material amendment for the removal of extruding brick porch, projecting brick headers and chamfered window detail for the gable end and general proportions of elevation amended. The front gable requires a break between first and second floors providing a fire break between flats, following planning approval PL/2020/00006/MINFDW.

Variation of condition 13 of planning permission PL/2019/01394/PPFL dated 27th September 2019 for erection of 34 No. two bedroom extra care apartments (Use Class C2) and associated works, including car parking, access, landscaping and associated engineering works. Namely: Amendment to drainage strategy.

Variation of Condition 1 of Planning Permission PL/2018/00559/PPFL dated 18.06.2018 for demolition of existing building and erection of 32 Apartments (11 No. one bedroom & 21 No. two bedroom), car parking, landscaping and ancillary works. Namely: Amend site plans to provide block paving finish as indicated on drawing No. 1055/05D.
