Remodel and refurbish existing original two storey building, and single storey erection to rear for change of use front guest house to house of multi-occupancy (for 9 residents), including formation of new front and rear gardens and cycle storage.

Installation of metal vehicular access gate across existing driveway, and adjacent metal fencing around the property boundary along the back of footway. The gate and fencing are to be a maximum of 1.8m high.

Replacement of timber fence with glass balustrade, new side pergola, timber structure for seat covering and movable horse box bar.

Branch removal on 2 oak trees and planting of Portuguese laurel tree on the other side of fence. Requested by Tesco due to resident complaint. Oak trees will have larger lower branches removed in resident's garden to assist with leave and acorn fall. On Tesco side, the vegetation within 1m of the fence will be removed and area prepped for planting. 11 x Portuguese laurel trees (Prunus Lusitanica) will be planted roughly 1m apart along the fence line.

Plans and Specifications submission under Schedule 17 to the High Speed Rail (London- West Midlands) Act 2017 for works comprising - Approval of the location of permanent fencing, gates, and pedestrian guardrails within Area A.
