Non-material amendment for removal of the 2nd floor area within the roof space, removal of the hip to gable roof extension and removal of the 2 apexes to rear roof elevation in order to retain a more traditional roofline in keeping with the immediate dwellings either side of the house; extend the ground and 1st floor parts located to the front elevation of the house facing Streetsbrook Road by a further 3.25 m in length towards the highway in order to retain the more traditional streetscape, following planning approval PL/2019/02232/MINFHO.

Amendments to planning permission 30 September 2019 (PL/2018/00877/MINFHO) for: Two storey side extension, roof extension and front, rear and side dormers to provide additional rooms in roof space. Namely: Addition of roof window to front elevation and garage window in side elevation, reduction of window sizes and addition of flat roof windows to bathroom dormers.
