Fell oak tree (T1) and remove to stump. Replanting of new small species tree in the garden. The pines and sweet chestnut trees on the front of the property to also be crown cleaned of all major dead, dying and dangerous timber removed.

Section A (Holly tree) - Reduce crown height by maximum of 3m, remove overhanging branches by 2-3m to boundary line to a height of 3m. Remove holly tree overhanging into 25 Glendon Way. Section B (Hedgerow) - Remove all hazel stools and stumps to ground level to boundary. Section C (Hazel and holly trees) - Remove ivy and trim back by up to 1.5m. Section D - Removal of 1 No. willow tree.

T14 - Fell and remove 1 No. silver birch tree and replace with similar tree type.

Reduce alder tree (T1) by approximately 1/3 to increase stability due to a cavity in the base. Fell conifer tree (T2) due to a split at the co-dominant stem and uprooting.

Prune lime tree (T20) back to original growth points from apartment No 26 this should give at least a 3m metre clearance from the building and reduce height of the tree by 2m.
