Non-material amendment to planning permission PL/2020/01980/MINFHO dated: 20.11.2020 for: Two storey side & rear and ground floor rear extensions. Namely: to extend the garage wall to be in line with the external front face of the house (Currently set slightly back).

Namely: Non-material amendment to reposition bin store and cycle store to form 4 new parking spaces.

Non-material amendments to planning permission dated 24.11.2020 (PL/2020/00828/PPRM) erection of 114 residential dwellings with parking, internal access roads, landscaping and all other details required by condition No. 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping pursuant to planning permission reference PL/2016/00863/MAOOT. Non-material amendment to planning permission PL/2019/01332/PPRM dated 29.08.2019 Erection of 124 residential dwellings with associated parking, internal access roads, landscaping and all other details required by Condition 3 relating to the reserved matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping pursuant to planning permission reference PL/2016/00863/MAOOT. Namely: (a) amendments to apartment parking; (b) rain gardens mirrored; (c) modifications to turning heads, (d) amendments to house designs; and (e) amend condition 3 (Materials Layout) to reflect amended house designs.

Non-material amendment to include a utility room and door in the side elevation of the house to the rear of the garden gate to provide back door access to the rear garden following planning approval PL/2020/00358/MINFHO.
