Appearance, landscaping, layout and scale are all reserved matters. Allowed on appeal. Namely- Changes to elevation detail and roof design.

Non-material amendment to PL/2018/01292/PPFL (Demolition of former Glider repair and maintenance workshop and stores and erection of two four bedroomed dormer bungalows) - Lifting wall plate of first floor in each dwelling and associated alterations to fenestration designs with no increase in height.
