Non-material amendment to planning permission dated 11.10.2018 (PL/2018/01988/PPRM) Reserved matters application pursuant to outline planning permission PL/2018/01336/VAR for the erection of an office building incorporating research and development labs (Use Class B1) with associated internal access road, service yard, car parking (including a decked car park), landscaping and all other details required by condition 35 relating to the reserved matters of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale. Amendments to planning permission dated 07.08.2019 (PL/2019/00957/PPRM) for: erection of a two storey office building (Use Class B1a / B1b) with associated internal access roads, and reconfiguration of existing road, car parking, landscaping and all other details Namely: new external door added to south west elevation; main entrance doors replaced with circular lobby sliding doors; double door set to roof terrace omitted; and new roof light proposed over second floor office space with clear glazing and framing to match curtain walling.
