Namely: Windows/roof lights and doors to rear adjusted, Juliet balcony balustrade changed to glass, Bedrooms 1 and 3 noted as vaulted ceilings, modified ground floor wc/utility - windows and door to side repositioned to suit, new side door to store.

Amendments to planning permission dated 20/07/2022 reference PL/2022/01064/MINFHO for: First floor extension to form bedrooms, bathrooms and sitting room plus terrace with views to Dorridge Park. Removal of existing conservatory with new single storey extensions to rear. Namely : For 1 No window removed from bedroom gable wall (Clear Glazed, 1.125m FFL - cill, 3.0m FFL - head), 1 No. window to landing gable wall repositioned, and height adjusted from 1.125m FFL - cill and 3.0m FFL - head to 1.875m FFL - cill and 3.225m FFL - head, window remains clear glazed as approved and is still situated behind first floor sitting room roof and is not visible from the side boundary.
