Existing front garage door will be converted to window similar in style and appearance to existing windows on front elevation. Elevations will be finished with bricks match to existing. Roof would be kept as a duo pitched roof in similar appearance over enlarged newly created bedroom. Finish of the new pitched roof will match existing main roof finish. The new roof over the porch will be similar in appearance to the main roof. Porch would be constructed from bricks to match existing and would consist front door with windows similar in style and appearance to the existing windows. Final character of the front elevation will match the other half of the semi-detached house with porch already added to it and will blend into existing view.
