Changes in the size of south elevation ground floor windows in order to comply with the conditions set in the original approved application. Chimney stack which was originally removed until roof level has now been completely removed above roof level. A bathroom window has been blocked up on the first floor north elevation. House has been completely rendered in order to hide the mismatching bricks all around the house.

Namely: To update of rendered areas on main house, 2 No. single garage doors changed to 1 No. double garage door, porch - proposed side windows reduced in width and render added, proposed side windows in feature wall amended to be 2.3m high from ground floor FFL, remove proposed 2 No. windows from existing living room, existing garage window removed, proposed window to utility to be removed, sliding rear doors to patio for dining/snug and kitchen to be increased in height to 2.3m high.

Listed building consent for replacement of all 11 No. windows with like for like timber painted single glazed windows to rear elevation of Libbard House.

Change flat roof on garage and utility to pitched and form canopy roof across front of house over downstairs windows and addition of porch.

Listed building consent for the replacement of windows at rear and side of the house with painted flush casement hardwood double glazed units to match the windows installed in the 2012 extension. Replacement of kitchen stable door with painted hardwood stable door of similar appearance but to include double glazed units.
