Planning application PL/2021/01997/MINFHO was approved on appeal to the Planning Inspectorate in March 2022. This application being made now simply amends that approved application above by reducing the length of the extension, to fit the boundary fence.

Yew - located between our house and adjoining property No 13. Work to be done: reduce to level of house guttering and shape all round. Tree No 3. These trees are all covered by a large overhanging Sycamore tree from our neighbour's garden: Tree No 4. 2 beech trees - located at boundary fence near neighbour's large, oversized Sycamore tree. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No5. Holly - small tree located 4ft away from Beech trees - see 4 - Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 6. Holly - large tree located near garden shed. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 7. Sycamore tree located in neighbour's garden but branches dangerously overhanging into garden - approximately 30ft. To prevent risk of falling dead wood branches, and for safety reasons, the arborist noticed and recommended the removal these dead branches and cutting of a few limbs on the tree.

Retrospective consent for the erection of a 1.8m high fence 18.3m long terminating at the 1.8m high fence to the west side of the property and at the 1.8m high fence on the rear boundary of the property and enclosing the back garden to the property with planting scheme along Stapenhall Road and erection of a red brick wall capped with blue engineering bricks 8.7m long x 0.63m high by 0.22m wide terminating in a brick pillar 0.93m high by 0.33m square alongside the footpath on Stapenhall Road.

Discharge of condition No.3 (Landscape) on planning approval PL/2021/02602/MINFHO dated 04/03/2022 for retention of and amendments to boundary fence.

Relocate fence around back garden closer to property boundary. The height of the replacement fence to be 2m. To improve the longevity and visual appeal of the fence concrete posts and gravel boards to be used. The fencing boards themselves would be the same as the current fence and that of No. 46. To erect a garden studio to be used as an office. The length/depth/height of the proposed building is 3.92m x 2.70m x 2.50m.
