Reduce crowns of 14 x oak trees protected by TPO/00033. T1, T2 & T10 trees crown thin by 30%. Removal of dead branches and epicormic growth. T3, T6, T7 & T8 trees crown thin by 30% Removal of dead branches and epicormic growth. Lift lower crown to a height of 4.5m. T4 tree crown thin by 30%. Removal of dead branches and epicormic growth. Cut back lower branches overhanging neighbouring property by approximately 2.5m. Where possible remove entire boughs. T5 tree crown thin by 30%. Removal of dead branches and epicormic growth. Remove lower branch overhanging school. T9 tree crown thin by 30%. Removal of dead branches and epicormic growth. Crown raise overhanging branches extending over buildings and paths where possible. T11 tree reduction of 2.5m. Crown raise. Opening up the space between the next adjacent T12 tree remove lateral branches extending towards T11. Crown thin. Remove dead. T13 & T14 trees crown thin by 30%. Removal of dead branches and epicormic growth. Cut back to boundary lateral branches emanating from neighbouring oak tree.

Reduce one side overhanging right hand side boundary of oak tree (marked tree 1 on sketch plan 1') by approximately 2-3metres and reshape. Reduce one side overhanging left hand side boundary of oak tree (marked Tree 2 on sketch plan 1). The reason is due to excessive shading over the whole garden resulting in minimal sunlight throughout the year, limiting the ability to grow a lawn good enough for use. Also due to excessive leaves and other debris continually dropping out of the trees causing a large amount of mess and also a danger to children playing within the garden.

Fell to near ground level 2 alder trees (Trees 1 & 2 on sketch plan 1) at the rear of the property due to significant rot from previous limb failure and poor growth form, the result of overshadowing Lawson cypress trees in the neighbour's property overhanging the boundary. Reduce beech tree (Tree 3 on sketch plan) by approximately 2 metres due to the tree getting too large for its location and overhanging the driveway.

Section A (Holly tree) - Reduce crown height by maximum of 3m, remove overhanging branches by 2-3m to boundary line to a height of 3m. Remove holly tree overhanging into 25 Glendon Way. Section B (Hedgerow) - Remove all hazel stools and stumps to ground level to boundary. Section C (Hazel and holly trees) - Remove ivy and trim back by up to 1.5m. Section D - Removal of 1 No. willow tree.

Tree No 1. Magnolia - medium pollard trunk located 32cm away from front porch, causing potential foundational damage to property. Work to be done: cut to ground and grind out stump. Tree No 2. Yew - located between our house and adjoining property No 13. Work to be done: reduce to level of house guttering and shape all round. Tree No 3. Beech hedging - located front of house at public pavement. Work to be done: reduce to 6-7ft height and trim all round. Works at rear of house. These trees are all covered by a large overhanging Sycamore tree from our neighbour's garden: Tree No 4. 2 beech trees - located at boundary fence near neighbour's large, oversized Sycamore tree. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No5. Holly - small tree located 4ft away from Beech trees - see 4 - Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 6. Holly - large tree located near garden shed. Work to be done: cut to ground. Tree No 7. Sycamore tree located in neighbour's garden but branches dangerously overhanging into garden - approximately 30ft. To prevent risk of falling dead wood branches, and for safety reasons, the arborist noticed and recommended the removal these dead branches and cutting of a few limbs on the tree.

Alterations and extensions to existing pool house to rear garden including associated parking and landscaping changes.]

Remove 2 branches on cypress tree (Tree 1) that are overhanging the boundary with 19 Gladstone Road. Reduce to a height of 2m pisardi plum tree (Tree 2) as this tree is diseased and several branches have fallen off. Cypress trees (Tree 3 and Tree 4) reduce by 3m to 5 m to bring them level with other trees on this boundary. Leylandii. Hedge 5 reduce by 3m to 5 m to make the hedge level along its length of approximately 20m.

Prune back tree T2 by 2m ooverhanging neighbours to boundary line, to suitable growth in line with BS3998.

Reduce the height of conifer tree on boundary 20ft (7m), to reduce the height in proximity to the buildings, and concerns of damage if it were to come down in a storm.

Fell copper beech tree (T1 - TPO/00526). It has grown substantially causing excessive shadowing to neighbouring property and causing damage to boundary wall. Replant with similar further away from property.
