Amendments to planning permission dated 27/04/2021 reference PL/2021/00769/MINFHO for: Demolition of outbuilding and construction of single storey rear extension. Namely: 1. Change of facing material from brickwork to render. 2. Addition of 450mm flat roof overhang on two sides.

Renewal of planning approval PL/2017/01341/PPFL, and integration of planning approval PL/2019/01458/MINFHO, for the demolition of the existing property and the construction of a new residential property with driveway, landscaping, car parking, and for the demolition of the existing garage and outbuilding, and replacement with a new triple garage with gym, study and store, in the above roof space.

Reroofing of existing single storey rear extension to form roof terrace, changes to rear fenestration and construction of single storey rear extension to form spa area. This is a resubmission of the same forms and drawings as per approved planning application PL/2018/00276/MINFOT, approved on 29/03/2018, which is still valid as of the date of this new application. No changes are proposed to the design/opening hours/etc. approved previously.

Amend planning condition number 1- (plan numbers) of planning approval dated 25/3/20 for application PL/2020/00221/VAR- Vary condition No. 1 - Plan Numbers on planning approval PL/2018/02176/PPFL - Demolition of existing bungalow and construction of 6 No. two bedroom apartments, by substitution of drawings listed as 30872.100 Site plan, 30872.210E GF Plan,30872.211C FF Plan, 30872.410 Elevations, 30872.411 Elevations 2, Namely the addition of drawing 30872-03 Rev A dated July 2020 to accommodate a third bedroom to apartment 6 in the existing roof void above and the insertion of roof lights in the flat roof section above.
