Amendments to planning permission dated 01.08.2019 (PL/2019/01559/PPFL) for: replacement of existing dwelling and ancillary works. Namely: Non-material amendment to (a) size / proportions of windows to the front elevation, (b) alteration of roof design, (c) alteration to chimneys stack and removal of one chimney, (d) reduction of stone from front elevation, (e) revision to position of gym and utility, (f) minor extension of lounge at single storey level only and (g) 1.8m high obscure glass balustrade to terrace over lounge.
