Variation of condition No.1 of planning permission dated 24/03/2023 reference PL/2021/02988/MINFHO for Ground floor and two storey extensions to existing dwelling, demolition of existing triple garage and erection of new detached swimming pool enclosure to allow for amendments to fenestration and amend the single storey extension from pitched roof to flat roof.

Non-material amendment to planning permission dated 07.12.2022, application reference PL/2022/01848/MINFHO for: Removal of existing building section to side to form clear access adjacent to boundary, one and two storey extensions to front, side and rear of existing dwelling and loft conversion to include Velux roof lights and rear dormer. Namely: Windows/roof lights and doors to rear adjusted, Juliet balcony balustrade changed to glass, Bedrooms 1 and 3 noted as vaulted ceilings, modified ground floor wc/utility - windows and door to side repositioned to suit, new side door to store.

Non-material amendment for removal of the 2nd floor area within the roof space, removal of the hip to gable roof extension and removal of the 2 apexes to rear roof elevation in order to retain a more traditional roofline in keeping with the immediate dwellings either side of the house; extend the ground and 1st floor parts located to the front elevation of the house facing Streetsbrook Road by a further 3.25 m in length towards the highway in order to retain the more traditional streetscape, following planning approval PL/2019/02232/MINFHO.
