Variation of condition No.1 of planning permission dated 24/03/2023 reference PL/2021/02988/MINFHO for Ground floor and two storey extensions to existing dwelling, demolition of existing triple garage and erection of new detached swimming pool enclosure to allow for amendments to fenestration and amend the single storey extension from pitched roof to flat roof.

Non-material amendment to planning permission dated 07.12.2022, application reference PL/2022/01848/MINFHO for: Removal of existing building section to side to form clear access adjacent to boundary, one and two storey extensions to front, side and rear of existing dwelling and loft conversion to include Velux roof lights and rear dormer. Namely: Windows/roof lights and doors to rear adjusted, Juliet balcony balustrade changed to glass, Bedrooms 1 and 3 noted as vaulted ceilings, modified ground floor wc/utility - windows and door to side repositioned to suit, new side door to store.

Non-material amendment to include alterations to footprint, roof, fenestration, chimney and detailing of replacement dwelling and alterations to fenestration of workshop/mess room/office building following planning approval PL/2022/00921/PPFL.

Vary condition No. 1- Approved plans on planning application Number PL/2022/00438/PPFL- Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 2 new dwellings with associated works approved on 26/4/2022. Namely, revised design to incorporate additional floor area within the roof space, together with the insertion of rooflight and amendment to approved window positions on the south elevation.

Non-material amendment sought for modified windows sizes, roof finish revised to zinc following confirmation of technical specifications (size and height of proposed dwelling remains the same, following planning approval PL/2021/02202/PPFL).

Amendments to planning permission dated 01.08.2019 (PL/2019/01559/PPFL) for: replacement of existing dwelling and ancillary works. Namely: Non-material amendment to (a) size / proportions of windows to the front elevation, (b) alteration of roof design, (c) alteration to chimneys stack and removal of one chimney, (d) reduction of stone from front elevation, (e) revision to position of gym and utility, (f) minor extension of lounge at single storey level only and (g) 1.8m high obscure glass balustrade to terrace over lounge.
