Non-material amendment building elevation on planning approval PL/2020/01861/PPFL - Extension to the existing building, erection of a cycle store pavilion and reconfiguration of existing car park area to provide additional parking spaces. Namely - Minor adjustment to height of concrete upstand to cycle store pavilion; metal mesh replaced by metal louvre panels; colour of louvre panels adjusted to match roof lights; flat roof with parapet replaced by shallow mono-pitched roof; RWP/gutter added; and size of glulam columns adjusted.
