Non-material amendment for bi-folding doors to rear extension increased in width from 3m to 4m (kitchen), 4m bi-folding doors added to existing house rear elevation (TV room), additional window added to existing side elevation (TV room), existing window to side elevation sill lowered following planning approval PL/2022/01739/MINFHO.

Non-material amendment for removal of the 2nd floor area within the roof space, removal of the hip to gable roof extension and removal of the 2 apexes to rear roof elevation in order to retain a more traditional roofline in keeping with the immediate dwellings either side of the house; extend the ground and 1st floor parts located to the front elevation of the house facing Streetsbrook Road by a further 3.25 m in length towards the highway in order to retain the more traditional streetscape, following planning approval PL/2019/02232/MINFHO.
