Change flat roof on garage and utility to pitched and form canopy roof across front of house over downstairs windows and addition of porch.

Certificate of lawful development for proposed garage enlargement and conversion in semi-detached house into bedroom. Porch to front elevation. Front garage wall will be moved forward to be in line with existing front elevation. Side wall would be moved by approximately 1m. Existing front garage door will be converted to window similar in style and appearance to existing windows on front elevation. Elevations will be finished with bricks match to existing. Roof would be kept as a duo pitched roof in similar appearance over enlarged newly created bedroom. Finish of the new pitched roof will match existing main roof finish. The new roof over the porch will be similar in appearance to the main roof. Porch would be constructed from bricks to match existing and would consist front door with windows similar in style and appearance to the existing windows. Final character of the front elevation will match the other half of the semi-detached house with porch already added to it and will blend into existing view.

Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 17th July 2018 (PL/2018/01434/MINFHO ) for alterations and extensions to house including integral garage - revised scheme to previously withdrawn application PL/2018/00613/MINFHO; Namely: additional roof windows and one side facing window.
