Non-material amendment to Kendal Flood Risk Management Scheme Phase 1 Reach C1 to update the existing tree removal and retention plans

Non-material amendment to Reaches F5 and F6 of Kendal Flood Risk Management Scheme Phase 1 to: (1) alter the existing heights of flood defence walling; (2) alter fencing requirements and types (including new safety/security fence adjoining scout hut); (3) remove an additional birch tree; and (4) make other associated changes.

Section 73 to planning application 5/20/9007 for extension of the working area of the site to provide for stockpile areas, associated landscaping work (bunds and shrub/tree planting), and the recreation of walls and bunkers within the site (part retrospective). To amend condition 9 to allow the construction of the 5m bunds to be extended in time until 31 October 2024 with the shrub planting to be undertaken by 31 December 2024.
