Oak T1 - Prune back lateral branches facing development by 2m to allow clearance from building, crown lift over footpath to provide a 2.5 metre clearance from ground level and 5.2 metre clearance over public highway to allow vehicle clearance, remove dead wood throughout crown to prevent possible pedestrian injury.

All trees market with blue paint on side nearest art studio. T1 & T2 Ginko both of poor value. T1 heavy in Ivy well into crown T2 significant lean. T3 Oak - leaning and one sided canopy T4 Large Cedar not affected by proposal due to orientation of plan. T5 Birch - may need felling but unclear at moment as to exact encroachment into woodland edge. Also 4 x small draw up Ash, 1 twin stemmed Alder, 2 small Sycamore plus some Hazel shrubs and a Portuguese Laurel. All felled to allow additional development of art studio building except T4 and possibly T5 Replant Ginko x 2 and 1 Oak in better positions in grounds
