T1 - Horse Chestnut - this tree is overgrown and has not been managed for some time, it has some dried-up branches very high up over our drive way. I am not sure of the health of the tree but, this tree, in it's current size, if it falls towards the house could cause major damage and if it goes towards one of the two roads either side of the property may cause damage to cars and put public at risk. My intention is to carry out some work on this tree to secure it and to reduce the risk to public and my property also to preserve it, not to remove it completely

G1. Sycamores. A group of trees adjacent to the house and to the East boundary of the property. The trees are overhanging the house roof. To crown raise all branches over the house to give a 4 metre clearance from the roof. All work to be carried out to BS3998. No live limbs over 200mm in diameter would be removed.

T1 Tulip - Prune to suitable growth point to give up to 2 meters clearance from neighbouring house roof, prune branches to suitable growth point to give up to 1 meter clearance from telephone wires running through lower roadside canopy
