To crown raise all branches over the house to give a 4 metre clearance from the roof. All work to be carried out to BS3998. No live limbs over 200mm in diameter would be removed.

Rowan Tree - Reduce height by up to 2m to bring it below the height of the roof gutters and thin out branches to give more rounded shape

Magnolia (T1) - Permission is sort to crown lift, reshape and balance magnolia tree in Home Group ownership taking approx. 1-1.5 m off the crown, removing limbs away from the streetlight. Mixed Trees conifer and deciduous (T2) - permission sort for Crown lifting of conifers to give clearance from Home group office building roof in addition to Cut back all trees over hanging the wall back to the full boundary as marked on the location plan all these are not within Home group ownership but are causing a nuisance and damage to property
