Non-Material Amendment application to planning application ref. 2018/2784 to include regularisation of: Sidelights increased from 1.8m to 2.1m on the Morley, Carleton, Saxlingham, Denton, Hapton & Both Phase 5 flats blocks; Flordon - Minor amendment to window opening sizes; Hingham - Rear bay extension increased in height by 225mm; Tibbenham Phase 6 units (Plots 100, 101, 110, 111 & 112) - Windows to front, rear and gable amended to reflect internal layout changes; Carleton - bay window width increased from 1585 to 2260mm and height increased from 1800 to 1875mm; Phase 5 - 129-141 Flats bin and bike store handed for better accessibility on bin collection day; Carleton and Hingham changed to include brick piers in place of clad posts to match window frames, using the secondary brick; and Brick plinths omitted to the rear elevations where applicable.
