T1 - Small leaning Beech east of house to be Felled to Ground Level Stump. T2 - Large Beech south of house to be reduced by approx 2-4m from 20m tall and 8m wide to leave at 18m tall and 6m wide approx. T3 and 4 - Reduce both Beech's looming branches by 2-3m. T8 - Remove declining Ash tree. T10 - Reduce structurally unsound Beech tree (cavity's on east side), weight reduction of 10% - 20% on the affected side, reduce over extended laterals towards bordering property leaving at 4m from stem, to appropriate growth points. T13 - Remove the large dead Chestnut stem on the boundary of The Croft and other major deadwood in proximity. T11 - Crown raise large Oak over driveway of 'Villa D'or' by pollarding the lowest limb to first unions, prune back remaining foliage removing leverage, prune back 1-2m off of the 9m limbs over driveway leaving limbs at 7-8m overhang over driveway. T12 - Reduce Oak canopy over driveway by up to 15% removing 1-1.5m from selected ends to growth points to achieve thinning result. T13 - Beech with dying canopy to be felled. T14 - Chestnut leaning heavily over shed roof to be reduced to secondary leading upright.

Tilia Cordata - remove epicormic shoots at a base and up to 5m on main stem/scaffold limbs, raise crown by 5m over road (ensure 5m clearance), reduce branches to 5m from overhead utilities cables, remove dead branches and crown raise above boundary wall to 5m

T1 - Remove Lawsons Cypress tree in the front garden, T2 - Coppice 2x Ash trees on the boundary, T3 Remove dead Walnut tree in the front garden

T1 Beech - Reduce limb over smokehouse to a suitable growth point near the boundary and remove the smaller limb above T2 Beech - Reduce to 1.5m stump T3 Beech - Fell T4 Beech - Fell

Oak tree (on boundary in front garden) - crown reduction from approx 14 -15m high and 17.5m wide, reduce overall height and width by approx 1.8-2m and 2-3m on southern side, remove epicomic growth

(T1) Cedar deodar - remove to ground level. (G1) Ash and Field Maple (Boundary trees on edge of stream) - reduce branches back to suitable growth points. (T2) Cedar - remove

T2 - Multi-Stemmed Leyland cypress - Remove branches causing damage to boundary fence and prune remaining overhanging branches back to the boundary line, leaving the east - west spread at approximately 3m.

Oak Tree (Quercus Robur) and Beech Tree (Fagus Sylvatica) - Reduce the branches overhanging Flat 1-4 Church Farm Barns, back to the boundary line (without removing any major branches). T1 Oak - Reduce crown over building by up to 3m and T2 Copper Beech - Reduce crown over building by up to 4m and crown lift to give 2m from roof.

4 x Birches on East boundary - reduce height by 5m (currently 15m), Grand Fir - reduce height by 8m (currently 22m), Oak - fell and Grand Fir - reduce height by 8m (currently 22m)
