T1 - Small leaning Beech east of house to be Felled to Ground Level Stump. T2 - Large Beech south of house to be reduced by approx 2-4m from 20m tall and 8m wide to leave at 18m tall and 6m wide approx. T3 and 4 - Reduce both Beech's looming branches by 2-3m. T8 - Remove declining Ash tree. T10 - Reduce structurally unsound Beech tree (cavity's on east side), weight reduction of 10% - 20% on the affected side, reduce over extended laterals towards bordering property leaving at 4m from stem, to appropriate growth points. T13 - Remove the large dead Chestnut stem on the boundary of The Croft and other major deadwood in proximity. T11 - Crown raise large Oak over driveway of 'Villa D'or' by pollarding the lowest limb to first unions, prune back remaining foliage removing leverage, prune back 1-2m off of the 9m limbs over driveway leaving limbs at 7-8m overhang over driveway. T12 - Reduce Oak canopy over driveway by up to 15% removing 1-1.5m from selected ends to growth points to achieve thinning result. T13 - Beech with dying canopy to be felled. T14 - Chestnut leaning heavily over shed roof to be reduced to secondary leading upright.

T1 - Crown cleaning, including removing deadwood. Reduction of lowest lateral limbs overhanging house and road by approximately 2m, reducing lower lateral crown spread from approx 7/8m to 5/6m.

T1 Beech - to be reduced by 3-4m in height from 10m to 7m aprox in height. T2 Beech - to be reduced by approximately 2-4m from 20m tall and 8m wide to leave at 18m tall and 6m wide approximately. T3 & T4 - Beech - Reduce looming branches by 2-4m to increase light to property and lessen wind sail effect on west side of house. T8 Ash - Pollard at 6-8m to appropriate points. T10 Beech - Reduce structurally unsound tree (riddled with cavity's on east side), weight reduction on the affected side to reduce lever and wind sail effect to reduce risk of failure. T13 Chestnut - fell. T11 Oak - Crown raise by pollarding the lowest limb to first unions - prune back 2-4m off of the 9m limbs over driveway leaving limbs at 5-7m overhang over driveway. T12 Oak - Crown raise and weight reduce selected limbs - reduce 2-4m of the 8m overhand leaving 4-6m overhang over driveway.

T1 Cherry - reduce the north eastern canopy from 10m to 7m, the south eastern canopy from 7m to 5m, the south western canopy from 7m to 5m. T2 Magnolia - reduce the north eastern canopy from 5m to 3m where growing towards the house. T3 Hazel - remove overhanging branches.

Remove major limb abrading roof of October House to stem. Prune away any remaining branches over the roof to give a maximum clearance of 1 mitre. Crown lift over garden to approximately 3.5 metres ( level with the height of the guttering) and thin the remaining crown by a maximum of 25%. Do not reduce overall height.

Single storey rear extension. Existing garage/outbuilding to be replaced with annexe and garage. Tree house (now removed).

Erection of tree house.

Walnut T1 - (T4 on TPO Schedule) Clean out the crown of deadwood and small crossing and suppressed branches. Reduce the canopy to the east over the house and patio by 1.5m to 2m to leave a crown spread to the east of 6m. Raise the canopy to the northeast over the upper patio area to allow a ground clearance of 5m. Walnut T2 - (T3 on TPO Schedule) Clean out the crown of deadwood and small crossing and suppressed branches.

T1 Pusedo accacia, Robinia - reduce crown from approximately 14m to 12m, 2m crown reduction to reduce pressure on low inclusion fork and reduce the risk to damage to property T2 Carpinus, Hornbeam - reduce height from 8m to 3m to approx hedge height T3 Quercus robor, Oak - Reduce from 16m to 14m, 2m crown reduction and target prune of branches growing close to house T4 Psudotsuga menziesii, Douglass fir - fell

T13 Ash - crown clean and crown raise to 4m from ground. T15 Lime - remove sucker growth and crown clearance of 2.5m away from building structure. Raise lower canopy to 3.5m from ground. T18 Wild Cherry - crown clean and raise lower canopy to 2.5m clearance from building structures. Raise to 3m from ground and raise canopy to west to allow 1m clearance over light standard. T22 Ash - crown clean, raise and reduce lower canopy to south to allow 2m clearance from house structure. Remove lower epicormic stem shoots at 3m to clear light.
