T1 - Small leaning Beech east of house to be Felled to Ground Level Stump. T2 - Large Beech south of house to be reduced by approx 2-4m from 20m tall and 8m wide to leave at 18m tall and 6m wide approx. T3 and 4 - Reduce both Beech's looming branches by 2-3m. T8 - Remove declining Ash tree. T10 - Reduce structurally unsound Beech tree (cavity's on east side), weight reduction of 10% - 20% on the affected side, reduce over extended laterals towards bordering property leaving at 4m from stem, to appropriate growth points. T13 - Remove the large dead Chestnut stem on the boundary of The Croft and other major deadwood in proximity. T11 - Crown raise large Oak over driveway of 'Villa D'or' by pollarding the lowest limb to first unions, prune back remaining foliage removing leverage, prune back 1-2m off of the 9m limbs over driveway leaving limbs at 7-8m overhang over driveway. T12 - Reduce Oak canopy over driveway by up to 15% removing 1-1.5m from selected ends to growth points to achieve thinning result. T13 - Beech with dying canopy to be felled. T14 - Chestnut leaning heavily over shed roof to be reduced to secondary leading upright.

(T1)Tulip tree - reduce by 2.5m to leave height at 10m (T2) Lime Tree - reduce by 2.5m, to leave height at 12m . (T3) 3 Limbed conifer, one limb to be removed, resting on garage roof. (T4) - Walnut - reduce by 1 to leave height at 6m. (T5) Oak - reduce by 1m to leave height at 7m and removal of branches over hanging footpath. (T6) Lime - reduce by 2m to leave height at 7m

Remove major limb abrading roof of October House to stem. Prune away any remaining branches over the roof to give a maximum clearance of 1 mitre. Crown lift over garden to approximately 3.5 metres ( level with the height of the guttering) and thin the remaining crown by a maximum of 25%. Do not reduce overall height.

Oak Tree (Quercus Robur) and Beech Tree (Fagus Sylvatica) - Reduce the branches overhanging Flat 1-4 Church Farm Barns, back to the boundary line (without removing any major branches). T1 Oak - Reduce crown over building by up to 3m and T2 Copper Beech - Reduce crown over building by up to 4m and crown lift to give 2m from roof.

Oak Tree - Reduce canopy by 2m over garage roof

Chestnut - Crown raise to 3m, removing lower branches. Reduce canopy away from roof of 9 Selwyn Gardens to give 2m clearance, raise canopy over next door roof to give 2m clearance, reduce crown spread to north/east from 5m to 3m. Sycamore - Reduce from approx 10.6m to 7.6m and laterals by approx 1.8m, removing lowest bough over garden.

Copper Beech - reduce extended limbs over Church St by 2m to clear roof of "Abbey House" and lift crown to 5.5m over street. Clear growth from the telecom pole in churchyard adjacent the tree

Oak tree (in front garden)- Reduce 3 lowest branches over the Forge consisting of 1 with decayed bark directly over roof by 3m (from 15m to 12m). 1 over garden by 2m (from 12m to 10m). 1 originating from pollard knuckle with cavity by 3m (from 15m to 12m) and reduce extended branch over driveway of no.13 by 3m (from 15m to 12m).

T2, T3, T4, T5 & T6 Ash - crown lift to 6m and reduce branches over neighbours gardens and electricity lines to 2.4m C1, 2 & 3 Hazel - coppice to enable access to public footpath and neighbours drive C4 Conifer - crown lift to 1m to clear grass area T12 Holly - crown lift to 1m to clear grass area H1 & H2 Holly - crown lift to 2.5m T10 Apple - remove cross branches and reduce crown, height from 6m to 4-5m high and spread from 7m to 5.2m T14 Apple - reduce crown, height from 7m to 4-5m and spread from 7m to 5.28m T11 Pear - re-pollard, crown lift to 5m and remove cross branches (within 1m of roof) T7 Cherry - crown reduction, reduce height from 18m to 15.5m and spread from 17m to 15m

T1 Oak, reduce height from 16m to 14m. Reduce spread to even out canopy to leave a minimum 14m spread and 2.75m space between the tree and house T2 Beech, remove branches to enable free path for neighbouring telephone line T3 Pear tree, reduce height from approximately 9m to 7m to previous cut points, reduce overhanging canopy from car park to east to approximately fenceline and remove large limb extending over garage roof T4 Ash tree, crown raise to 4m over road, reduce canopy back from utility lines to give 2m clearance
