Variation of condition 1 of reserved matters planning permission 2019/0484 pursuant to condition 3 outline planning permission 2018/1792 - to amend external finishes, re-positioning of dwelling and garage, change to fenestration and addition of rear flat roof conservatory for Plot 2

Internal alterations to main dwelling. Refurbishment to include repainting of existing windows, doors and render. Rendering to rear single storey extension. Partial demolition of outbuilding and replace existing unstable brickwork gable and roof. Removal of existing car port and infill of existing inspection pit.
