Reduce 1x limb overhanging neighbours outbuilding. Shorten limb from 13m to 9m. T4 - Magnolia spp. Crown reduce overall, crown raise to 2.5m all round. Height from 5.5m to 4m. Spread from 7.5m to 6.5m.

Oak tree (in rear right corner) - Reduce overhanging lateral branches by approx 2.7m to leave approx 9.4m wide once pruned on homeowners side

2 x Beech trees (in front driveway area) - Crown raise up to approx 3.7m from ground, all branches removed and pruned back to a clean trunk of 3.7m.

Remove stem blocking driveway access back to 1m from main stem and reduce westerly stem to main stem by 4-5m to leave 2-3 m

T1 - Small leaning Beech east of house to be Felled to Ground Level Stump. T2 - Large Beech south of house to be reduced by approx 2-4m from 20m tall and 8m wide to leave at 18m tall and 6m wide approx. T3 and 4 - Reduce both Beech's looming branches by 2-3m. T8 - Remove declining Ash tree. T10 - Reduce structurally unsound Beech tree (cavity's on east side), weight reduction of 10% - 20% on the affected side, reduce over extended laterals towards bordering property leaving at 4m from stem, to appropriate growth points. T13 - Remove the large dead Chestnut stem on the boundary of The Croft and other major deadwood in proximity. T11 - Crown raise large Oak over driveway of 'Villa D'or' by pollarding the lowest limb to first unions, prune back remaining foliage removing leverage, prune back 1-2m off of the 9m limbs over driveway leaving limbs at 7-8m overhang over driveway. T12 - Reduce Oak canopy over driveway by up to 15% removing 1-1.5m from selected ends to growth points to achieve thinning result. T13 - Beech with dying canopy to be felled. T14 - Chestnut leaning heavily over shed roof to be reduced to secondary leading upright.
