T1 - Small leaning Beech east of house to be Felled to Ground Level Stump. T2 - Large Beech south of house to be reduced by approx 2-4m from 20m tall and 8m wide to leave at 18m tall and 6m wide approx. T3 and 4 - Reduce both Beech's looming branches by 2-3m. T8 - Remove declining Ash tree. T10 - Reduce structurally unsound Beech tree (cavity's on east side), weight reduction of 10% - 20% on the affected side, reduce over extended laterals towards bordering property leaving at 4m from stem, to appropriate growth points. T13 - Remove the large dead Chestnut stem on the boundary of The Croft and other major deadwood in proximity. T11 - Crown raise large Oak over driveway of 'Villa D'or' by pollarding the lowest limb to first unions, prune back remaining foliage removing leverage, prune back 1-2m off of the 9m limbs over driveway leaving limbs at 7-8m overhang over driveway. T12 - Reduce Oak canopy over driveway by up to 15% removing 1-1.5m from selected ends to growth points to achieve thinning result. T13 - Beech with dying canopy to be felled. T14 - Chestnut leaning heavily over shed roof to be reduced to secondary leading upright.

Oak tree (on boundary in front garden) - crown reduction from approx 14 -15m high and 17.5m wide, reduce overall height and width by approx 1.8-2m and 2-3m on southern side, remove epicomic growth

4 x Birches on East boundary - reduce height by 5m (currently 15m), Grand Fir - reduce height by 8m (currently 22m), Oak - fell and Grand Fir - reduce height by 8m (currently 22m)

Fell dead Cypress (positioned against brick wall adjoining New Rectory), Fell dead Ash (positioned inside Northern boundary) Fell dying Weeping Ash, Fell dead Ash (adjacent to the West entrance), Crown raise Ash to 6m (overhanging The Street to the West) Fell 2 Ash (to the north) and Fell multi stemmed Sycamore, significant decay

Cut back tree branches and hedges to the highway boundary, crown raise trees to 5.2 metres over highway.

Pine x12 (Nos 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, & 18) - reduce lowest branches overhanging boundary fence by 2.5m

Cut back various trees consisting of Ash, Hawthorn, Sycamore and Oak to the boundary line (fence) to eliminate the overhang only

Fell dangerous tree adjacent to boundary fence (under exemption order).

Area 1 - remove conifer hedge and replace with native broadleaf species. Area 2 - crown reduction to mixed species broad leaf trees along rear of building to northern boundary by 2m to height and spread.
