T1 Cherry - reduce the north eastern canopy from 10m to 7m, the south eastern canopy from 7m to 5m, the south western canopy from 7m to 5m. T2 Magnolia - reduce the north eastern canopy from 5m to 3m where growing towards the house. T3 Hazel - remove overhanging branches.

Remove major limb abrading roof of October House to stem. Prune away any remaining branches over the roof to give a maximum clearance of 1 mitre. Crown lift over garden to approximately 3.5 metres ( level with the height of the guttering) and thin the remaining crown by a maximum of 25%. Do not reduce overall height.

T1 Pusedo accacia, Robinia - reduce crown from approximately 14m to 12m, 2m crown reduction to reduce pressure on low inclusion fork and reduce the risk to damage to property T2 Carpinus, Hornbeam - reduce height from 8m to 3m to approx hedge height T3 Quercus robor, Oak - Reduce from 16m to 14m, 2m crown reduction and target prune of branches growing close to house T4 Psudotsuga menziesii, Douglass fir - fell

T13 Ash - crown clean and crown raise to 4m from ground. T15 Lime - remove sucker growth and crown clearance of 2.5m away from building structure. Raise lower canopy to 3.5m from ground. T18 Wild Cherry - crown clean and raise lower canopy to 2.5m clearance from building structures. Raise to 3m from ground and raise canopy to west to allow 1m clearance over light standard. T22 Ash - crown clean, raise and reduce lower canopy to south to allow 2m clearance from house structure. Remove lower epicormic stem shoots at 3m to clear light.

Wild Cherry (4) - Raise crown to 3.5m over footpath. Common Lime (9) - Raise crown to 2.5m. Ash (13) - Clean out the crown of all crossing and suppressed branches. Common Lime (15) - current spread 10m, reduce lower limb to the west away from building by 1.5m. Small-leaved Lime (17) - Remove epicormics from base. Raise the lower canopy to 3.5m. Wild Cherry (18) - Clean out the crown of all crossing and suppressed branches. Raise and reduce the lower canopy to give 2.5m clearance from building. Raise canopy to west to give 1m clearance over light standard. Ash (19) - Clean out the crown of all crossing and suppressed branches. Remove lower branch to the south over bungalow. Reduce and raise canopy to the SE to allow a 3m clearance from structure. Whitebeam (20) - Reduce crown to give 1m clearance from house. Ash (22) - Clean out crown of all crossing and suppressed branches. Common Oak (23) - Clean out the crown of all crossing and suppressed branches. Ash (24) - Clean out the crown of all crossing and suppressed branches. Common Oak (25) - Clean out the crown of all crossing and suppressed branches. Raise low branches over the highway to 5.5m. Raise low branches over the footpath to give 3.5m clearance. Common Oak (26) - Clean out the crown of all crossing and suppressed branches. Raise the lower canopy to 3m. Reduce lower canopy to the South to allow 3m clearance from house.

T1 Cherry - current crown radius 3m, reduce SW side to 2m on house side T3 Beech (Group of 9) - Crown raise to 4-5m. Fell 7 of the 10.

T1 Oak, reduce height from 16m to 14m. Reduce spread to even out canopy to leave a minimum 14m spread and 2.75m space between the tree and house T2 Beech, remove branches to enable free path for neighbouring telephone line T3 Pear tree, reduce height from approximately 9m to 7m to previous cut points, reduce overhanging canopy from car park to east to approximately fenceline and remove large limb extending over garage roof T4 Ash tree, crown raise to 4m over road, reduce canopy back from utility lines to give 2m clearance

Lawsons Cypress - Fell. 2no Horse Chestnuts and 1no Sycamore - Raise crown to approx 4 to 5m, raise limbs near to house only.

Maple - crown raise up to 18ft. Oak - prune clearance from house by 6ft in order to carry out maintenance on roof.

T1 - Box Elder, Fell. T2 - Cherry, Fell as dead. T3 - Oak, reduce limb overhanging adjacent property to give 2m minimum clearance from the house.
