Non Material Amendment to application 00/00861/COU to vary the description of the development from change of use of part of premises for use as guest accomodation ancillary to offices, workshops and dwelling to change of use of part of the premises for use as residential accommodation ancillary to the dwelling and to vary Condition 4 so that it will read: "The accommodation hereby approved shall not be occupied at any time other than the purpose ancillary to the dwelling".
