Carry out alterations, conversion of building to a self-contained unit of accommodation and use of building as an independent dwellinghouse in breach of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 10/04585/S73 (restricting occupancy of building for holiday let or annexe purposes).

Alterations and conversion of barn to dwelling, erection of garage and alterations to form vehicular access, parking and turning. S73 application to vary conditions 2(approved plans) and 4(permitted development restrictions) of planning approval 21/02339/FUL to allow for the installation of an air source heat pump, to allow for the decoration/maintenance of the external surfaces and to remove unreasonable restrictions to a domestic property.
